This course introduces participants to Bollywood dance through fun and energetic choreography. Each session starts with a warm-up and stretching to get the body moving, followed by learning Bollywood dance steps and choreography inspired by popular songs. The focus is on enjoying movement, building rhythm and coordination, and dancing together in a relaxed environment.
