VINYASA YOGA YANG to YIN:
This semester, as the Yoga class takes place later in the evening, I invite you on a journey from YANG to YIN – transitioning from an energizing, dynamic Yang Vinyasa flow to a more relaxing, rejuvenating, and restorative Yin practice. It will be a well-balanced, holistically designed Vinyasa flow suitable for everyone, with different options and modifications for all levels. You can expect to move in tune with your breath, starting with a soft warm-up, transitioning through creative Vinyasa sequences, and concluding with a gentle practice, ending in a deeply nourishing relaxation. Each week, we will explore a new theme that enhances mobility and flexibility, while cultivating awareness of breath, body, and mind.
I am a 250-hour certified Yoga teacher, and I conduct my classes in English to welcome international participants. I use music, blocks, straps, and, if available, bolsters and blankets to support the practice. Let’s flow together and carry the beauty and joy of the practice beyond our mats!
**Please bring your own mat (I recommend a slip-resistant mat with good grip) and arrive approximately 5 minutes in advance to settle in before we begin.**
