I invite you to flow through an empowering and energizing, yet well-balanced and holistically designed Vinyasa-Yoga class. You can expect to move dynamically in tune with your breath, starting with a gentle warm-up, transitioning through creative and modern Vinyasa sequences, and finally concluding with a deep nourishing relaxation. Each week, we will explore a new theme that enhances strength and flexibility while cultivating awareness. Some experience in Yoga is recommended to ensure flow. My Yoga classes are not for total beginners, however, if you enjoy moving and sometimes a challenge, I will offer variations and modifications to accommodate you. My style of class can be more engaging and we will explore peak poses such as (arm) balances, deeper backbends and/or headstands. As a 250-hour certified Yoga teacher, I conduct my classes in English to welcome international participants. My aim is to create an inclusive and beautiful space where we can share, inspire, and learn from each other.
