I invite you to start or end your week with an empowering and energizing, yet well-balanced and holistically designed Vinyasa-Yoga class. You can expect to flow dynamically in tune with your breath, starting with a gentle warm-up, transitioning through creative and modern Vinyasa sequences, and finally concluding with a deep nourishing relaxation. Each week, we will explore a new theme that enhances strength and flexibility while cultivating awareness. All levels are welcome; some experience is recommended, but I will offer variations and modifications to accommodate everyone. As a 250-hour certified Yoga teacher, I conduct my classes in English to welcome international participants. My aim is to create an inclusive and beautiful space where we can share, inspire, and learn from each other.
